Similkameen Skies

The setting sun bathes the western sky in a wash of pink

and in the east the moon rises behind an intricate network of winter branches

  1. Oh, what awesome skies and captures, Hildred!! I love the sunset and the moon through the trees took my breath away! Happy SWF! Hope you have a lovely weekend!

  2. Beautiful photos! I love the silhouette effects!

  3. So beautiful!

Please come see my skywatch also. Have a nice evening.

  4. ...and the trees which curtain them are of the same looks, same species! Very beautiful shots, which looks ominous. In most temperate countries the vegetation seems the same unlike in ours, where diversity is really very high.

  5. Beautiful captures -I wouldn't know which to choose -they're so different!

  6. I always love your beautiful Similkameen skies, Hildred. These are no exception. They are lovely indeed.
