Skywatch Friday

Simlkameen Skies

This was a skittish day - little squalls, broody skies, and then suddenly

 a little blue and whipped cream clouds.

Yesterday was a wonderful first-day-of-summer gift

Blue skies and roses

but alas, some  mournful, weeping ones, too.

The sun is shining

the roses are in bloom

the sky is blue and benign

the clouds move lazily across the sky

a perfect day to find a bench, a shady spot. a book

and the sound of birds.....
