Caught this lovely illumined heart cloud on the way to Penticton the other day, and was enchanted.

It was that kind of a day, -splendid white rolling clouds and blue, blue skies.

Similkameen Skies

Nothing these days but pewter skies

and so we reach into the archives for some October beauties

a maelstrom of clouds

Feathery blue wisps

A great fiery cauldron to the north

followed by a rose quilted sky the next evening.
